New Beginnings

It has been a hectic year for me so far.  I have temporally given up beautiful and tough Manhattan and moved upstate to Rochester NY, where I have bought my first property.  A single family home, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, full basement and an attic, my little humble abode.

I will live in this house while I fix up what is needed, and it will provide me with much needed shelter during my time here in Rochester.  I have moved upstate to pursue a career in real estate investing.  I'm very interested in buildings and of course making money from my investment properties.

I am hoping that by starting this blog I will be able to share my thoughts and feelings with the world, whilst keeping myself on track and in focus.
